These are the sites that I found useful in my search for a Russian Mail Order Bride, whilst I can't guarantee you will find success with any particular one or that you won't come across a scammer on any of them, they are all sites that I used and found useful.
Absolute Agency
This is the site that I actually met my Russian wife on, which also happens to be known to have more than a few scammers on, although that's not surprising considering just how many (literally tousands) of ladies advertise on the site. I like it because once you've joined you can email as many ladies as you want without it costing you any more and you and the ladies can have up to five photos..
Anastasia Web
Anastasia International is on of the largest Russian Introductory services in the world, with a database of over 9,000 profiles of very beautiful Russian women. Although AnastasiaWeb charge on a email credit basis (i.e. per email/letter), this includes translating your letters in to Russian and the ladies letters in to English for you, which is an extremely valuable service. The translation is done by a person, not a computer program, there's a huge difference in accuracy and readability..You can also send email messages to ladies who don't have their own computer through AnastasiaWeb's service.
AnastasiaWeb was also the first introductory service to launch their own Anti Scam Policy and has full time staff devoted to spot checking correspondence for fraudulent activity.
They also run their own tours in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Odessa and Dnepropetrovsk. They also offer a fiance visa kit, although this is really designed for the USA, not the UK. Their search facility is also spot on.
LoveMe - AFA (A Foreign Affair)
This is probably the largest and best known US based Russian Mail Order Bride introduction and tour company on the net. They have being helping western men meet russian ladies since 1995 and average more than 7 engagements a day!!! There's even a full length movie being made (starring David Arquette) portraying their romance tours, which they offer in most major FSU (former Soviet Union) cities, more than any other company, even Riga in Latvia (convenient for the UK).
With over 40,000 beautiful foreign women to choose from, selected from over 600,000 applicants, you should be able to find your perfect match with these guys. They were one of my favourite sites and I probably would have gone on one of their tours if things had turned out diferently (i.e. Irina hadn't managed to get a visa to visit her friend here in the UK).
